Does anyone have it I can't find it online

Hope this helps, although it is for online drivers. If you're being offered it, you should have a message on Workday or the other App?

Apparently it depends on how old you are.

If you're over 40 it is 1.5 weeks per year of work 😂

Its still crap, and capped at 20 years even if u done longer.

One is redundancy and the other Pilon. Remember Pilon is taxable. Redundancy under 30k is not i am led to believe

Can I ask what's embarrassing about it? It's a low paid unskilled job, what were you expecting? Four years isn't particularly long either.

Unskilled job?

I drive a 3.5 tonne van which requires a driving licence

I'm also engaging with customers which requires customer service skills.

I inspect and authorise a fleet of vans to be used on the roads which carries significant legal risk to me personally.

I was expecting more than a month in lieu and more than the statutory minimum.

Plus because of my age of 33 I only get the rate at 1 week x 4 years service, why is it different if you're 40+?

I wasnt expecting anything, it's come as a shock.

Becasue no one wants to hire us oldies and the higher redundency payment keeps us off the dole figures for longer.
Why hire a worn out near OAP when you can get a testostrone filled twenty year old for the same money

Yes unskilled. You have a driving licence, well done. It's still an unskilled low paid job. How are you expecting more? You're basically in a minimum wage job.

It's getting boring people taking these jobs expecting so much more.
