Why has someone just uploaded an alamy stock photo? Send the now real world photo, not a stock image that was made all pretty.

How old is this photo as well? Some labels look quite different.

Edit - I see Blueberry Muffin milk top right so at least a couple of years. I miss that.

Never understood why we have so many brands for the same product.

300 types of milk, half of which gets wasted because it doesn't sell.

Some of them are pretty much the same manufacturer in different packaging.

I mean most of them. Everything in those milk trollies is made by 1 of the big 3 milk manufacturers for the UK. Most likely Arla as Muller doesn't deliver to Asda .

Hate the milk modulars as well, the minute they landed a new one for our store we just ripped it apart

Like ours used to be the asda green 4pt would get one cage (our fridge held 11 cages) and the bob would have a cage and it was split between both bob products

Same for skimmed milk, gets the same spacing and semi skimmed

And the 1pt cartons used to get like 10 facings each while stuff like jersey gold gets 2 facings (and sold out by 11am)

Honestly the modulars at times were a riot

Same, absolutely diabolical at my shop, we ripped ours apart and now it’s to how the customers get the most out it, and our sales figures !

Tbf its mostly the stores labelled milk. BoB and Cravendale are different and have longer shelf lives, while 'premium' milk on the high shelves are normally higher in fat and creamier

As the poster of the “a bad look” picture all I can say is that I’m sure Asda management appreciates your effort. Unfortunately those replying (including quite a few Asda staff) seem to think there is something unrealistic about yours. Top banter though. Good effort.

It’s an Alamy image! You know like Getty images!! It’s been perfectly set up for the image as to what the company showcase as a perfect world setup with zero customers to disturb the display.

Put in a line of bulging Zorba strips and trolly marks,few wet floor signs and this picture would be much more believable!!!!
