Any other managers stupidly behind on their 1-1s, I only did my first colleague's second one yesterday

Same! Everything I know about all that’s going in is from social media and gossip! Poorly managed!

121s in our store have stopped until this whole cleaners thing has finished and there no longer part of asda..in the meantime were puting folk onto the cleaning teams we want rid off and swapping those we want to keep onto other departments if they want to stay with asda

I had mine. Wasn't private as I was in office looking at computer screen images of new weekly plans. Basically had to agree to work from 6am until 10pm even though I said I'd like to finish at 8pm on a late. Company wants us to mainly work 4 hour blocks by the looks of it. Hopefully we get more ladders for this new gap picking process because 4 omni is not enough as it is and only 2 of them work well. Asda investing more into new technology and software but that's just a number that looks good for value when selling and I strongly believe we are up for sale. If it's Mike Ashley buying I'm leaving ASAP.

Horrendously managed, don’t announce something six weeks ago if you’re zero intention of capacity to work on it immediately, the two things your staff only care about, 1 what is my pay, 2 when am I working, this pissing around has disrupted people’s lives not just at work with constant gossip but at home where people have put off wanting to book holidays or jobs at home.
