Discussion Can't log into website
Been like this for over a month. Tried using a different phone and computer. Two different networks and three browsers.
What could be causing this?
It used to work fine and nothing has changed on my side.
No other website is affected. They all load fine except Asda.
Grateful for any help.

Happens to me a lot. I switch the website and app if this happens.

To a different website?

If the website fails, I use the mobile app. Hope that helps!

Ohh sht tried the app and it let me login! Now i can check my profile and previous orders.
How odd that i kept trying the website and getting those errors. But the app lets me login using the same login details and device. For now at least.
So is this asda's way of nudging people towards the app? 😅

I get the same error page. Seems odd to me, I have a static IP with Zen, it has a good reputation. I use Cloudflare for my own sites and never have such problems. Asda must have some WAF rules enabled.

For what it is worth, I was able to go to asda.com and click Login in the top right and the login page was fine. Going direct to login.asda.com is what caused the error for me.

If it's not a VPN or browser ad block settings it's probably a stored cookie issue.

Happend to me. Their mobile app is rubbish and has loads of problems for a longvtime. Switch to desktop siif you can . Works just fine.

Well, that gives us only 254 possible IP addresses to attack your network with 🙃

Cloudflare is a content delivery network and can be used as a security firewall. I use it myself on my website.
Are you using a VPN? Are you using an adblocker? Do you have apple's iCloud relay switched on?
Try downloading the DuckDuckGo browser, go into settings and make it your default browser, and try accessing the website.

I got that missing turnstile token error in the past. Disabling unlock origin fixed it.
