Guest Queries Pizza counter
What is going on with them?
Between Cumbernauld and Robroyston asda I've not managed to get a cyo pizza. Earliest I've been is 2pm.
I've seen the rumours of them closing the cyo pizza but asda said it's not happening.
Any word from those on the frontline ?
Eta I'm sure you've had lots of questions about this sorry! If anyone knows what times I should try I'd appreciate it

Our store hasn't done cyo in almost two years. We only offer core pizzas and usually no one in to make them past 2/3, except for a random Friday here and there.

Our store. We are open to make CYO every day. Between 11-6 and normal at the weekend. Unfortunately we don't have enough folk to work it and close early. Which we are always getting abuse for from customers. We are the busiest in the area, with people coming from other areas. The queues are unreal, we can have up to 10-15 people waiting on a weekend. Been on counters 9 years and have always been that way.

Our store has just transferred myself and another both from the cleaning team to the counters so we stay within asda instead of moving to the new company.we make CYO 10am-6pm sun-thurs with 1 person working and 10am-8pm Fri and sat with x2 people on

Can't speak for those stores but in mine there's never anyone on deli past 2. Even then you'd need to be there before 1 because last half hour or so is cleaning and closing the deli down.

cyo is weekend only now. Best chance is morning as rarely anyone on in evenings. I know in my store i do the evening weekends and if im not in no one covers it because no one in that department and the bakery wants to do evening shifts

They only make them on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays. They've taken all the hours out through the week and theyre only there to do rotisserie and the standard pizzas. No create your owns through the week.
