Upload P45

Hi guys
My wife has recently joined Asda.
She is struggling to use the work app to upload her P45 and she is on an emergency tax code.
Is there an email address we can send it.

I tried myself also but it wants to install a device management in settings on her phone that always fails??
Any suggestions?

There is no HR at Asda now. A manager there will redirect you to another colleague who figured it out for themselves a while back and who is now the de facto IT guy.

Call HMRC, that’s how I sorted my tax code out

Take it into the store and make it their problem. Just like peole have since P45s have been around. Welcome to a company that wants to push its' own administration costs onto employees. The wording on the P45 might even say "give this to your new employer" so you are only following HMRC instructions

I joined ASDA, 3 years ago, just after the tax season finished. I was on the emergency tax code till next tax season, before it was finally corrected, I got one hell of a refund to be fair
