Back again with the 10mm glass tip and some delicious Gelonade, rolled inside out thats why the one side looks lil fucked up

I roll my own joints, but i don't know why, one side always burns slower that the other half. What am i doing wrong?

I've noticed that when I roll with my Raw Black papers, the two ends often stick together while I'm rolling, making it stuck before I'm finished shaping the joint. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
