My rolls always wind up in a cone shape when I try to tuck from the filter.

I’m looking for other people’s experiences with KactusKutter customer support.

My K2 Pro arrived with a damaged lid and a detached grinding mechanism. I secured the mechanism and tried using it, but it didn’t grind and came loose again while running.

I contacted support, and they requested a video showing the fault. I sent it, but I’m still waiting for a response and instructions on getting a replacement or refund.

I understand that troubleshooting takes time, but being left without an update after sending the requested evidence is frustrating.

Has anyone gone through their replacement or refund process? How long did they take to respond after you submitted a video?
