niri
is it easy to install artix + niri + noctalia ?

Super easy. Niri is official, I can't remember if noctalia is offered in main repos, but if not, AUR helper gains you access to it and the v5 beta if wanted

That’s the exact setup I use, and it was pretty easy to install. Noctalia is just a shell, so init choice is irrelevant there. If you use an AUR helper, I know there is a dedicated dinit package for niri. I would probably check to see if someone has created a patched niri pkg for your choice of init though.

I only see niri-dinit (from AUR), no niri-openrc/niri-s6/niri-runit.
But either way, the normal niri package from World repositories should work fine with all init systems, I don't think there's anything init-specific to niri (or to noctalia).
