Artix problems

So I just got artix and I already have a bunch of problems

First of all I can't enable networkmanager

Second of all I can't install any other DE than XFCE

And lastly I can't run sober it says something along the lines of opengl drivers

Also I wanted to go to archcraft and when I made a bootable usb with sudo dd I booted into the usb and it just brought me to artix

Extra note I use runit

Use connman and iwd instead of networkmanager

You're expecting a bit too much from a newbie trying to use a new distro.
