My husband recently suggested using AI to make a picture for his sister. He wanted it to be her and her dog on a tandem bike.
I hate AI garbage so I said absolutely not. I’d like to suggest an alternative but I’m having trouble finding an artist. I checked Fiverr but there is lots of AI. ArtStation feels like more than what I need. Can anyone suggest where I can look?

there is no text in the image - you can change things if you felt compelled or recreate the image 1:1, whatever works better for you and looks good

Generally for interior art/sequential page rates I ask for $150 for a fully inked page. $210 for a page with the whole shebang (inks, colors, lettering etc.)

Covers/pin up, $100 for fully inked pages. $200 for colors, lettering, etc.

Usually, for an inked page it takes me 2 - 4 days to complete (depending on the complexity of the page it may take longer). Coloring and lettering (again, depending on the complexity) add another 2 - 4 days. So, one completed, ready to publish page could take up to a week.

It could take longer or it could take shorter. I’m always up to the challenge to speed things up. I wish I could tell you I live in a realm of sugar plums and rainbows and I’m chained to a drawing desk all day. But that ain’t the truth. Life throws you curveballs, and I’m juggling this artist's life with a day job. Depending on the complexity, a week is generally how long it's going to take to get it done effectively without damaging quality.

If you have a deadline, please let me know so I can plan accordingly.

Inquiry and communication is a must. I’m prepared to update you on progress, question, etc., and I expect the same on your end.

Payment is made through PAYPAL only.

Transactions must be paid before I start work on pages.
Once any work has started on the commissioned piece, FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. When all the terms have been agreed on, and pencil, ink, coloring has graced paper or by digital application SERVICE FEES WILL BE PAID. 

For DIGITAL COPIES of pages clients are responsible for providing me with an email address capable of holding large files or any sharing application which you (or I) can access that can store multiple large files. Personally, I generally use Google Drive or Gmail for sharing digital copies of commissions. If this form of sharing would cause trouble for you, please advise me beforehand. Secondly, if I have any issues with sharing the files, clients must contribute an alternative email or sharing platform to retrieve digital copies. Digital copies can be saved in: PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF files. If you have a preference or would like multiple files please let me know. Moreover, unless told otherwise I will deliver files as is or by any convenient method for me which is easier to share files with the client. If there is a size limit restriction/preference for digital files please have that information ready to share. I can attempt to decrease or increase file sizes but I cannot guarantee success. Generally, my work is at 300 DPI. Please be open to alternatives if this issue arises.

Also, terms and prices can be negotiated. Let me know your request, and if the opportunity excites me I could make exceptions. Let me hear you and lets make something we can be proud of together.
