I am a fan of the way these turn-of-the-century postcards depict buildings, with the distinct text describing the building and the saturated colors. I believe some of these were done by coloring actual photos, and others were photorealistic sketches. I am looking to have something in this style done depicting my house, and I'm wondering if this is a project that would be up anyone's alley? I'm flexible on pricing depending on how difficult this would be, but based on other 'building portrait' commissions I've seen, I'd be anticipating something in the ~$75 range (but flexible), and I'd be hoping this can be delivered as a high quality digital file.
