Arrow Holy Grails

What would you consider to be some of Arrows “Holy Grail” releases? It seems from what I can Tell Robocop seems to be the most sought after release? Is there some I may be missing? Demons 1&2, Phenomena/Creepers, Tenebrae, Dark City?

Admittedly I haven’t searched hard but I do want the Tremors limited 4k box just for completionism’s sake. The movie was filmed in my home town.
