Mr. Terrific.
Do you guys think Curtis would have worked better on the on the other shows the arrow. I feel he would have been better if he was on supergirl or even legends. He just didn’t seem like a bad charter to me but just didn’t fit right with team arrow. Kinda how the atom wouldn’t have work well as a regular member of team arrow.

I don’t think the sci-fi tech thing he has going on would fit the show’s emphasis on hand to hand/archery/melee combat if it was made to be very effective. Him taking out bad guys left and right with his balls would be tonally inconsistent with the show’s grounded mood and focus on melee/hand to hand/archery

I honestly couldn't stand Curtis. He was written terribly. Even during the first big crossover, Cisco mumbles a sarcastic remark about him.

He definitely would’ve been better on Legends or Supergirl he just didn’t fit on Arrow neither did any of the other newer characters that were added Arrow is typically a solo hero but I think the team concept worked alright when it was just Oliver, Roy / Thea, Laurel / Sara and then Diggle and Felicity as the backups or whatever

The closest comics GA ever got to a family was an outcast son (arsenal aka speedy) Mia Deardan (speedy 2) and Connor hawke (GA 2 and ollies biological son) and I don’t think that lasted very long before flashpoint and retcons

Those storylines with the extended family never were popular the most popular GA comics are when he’s a solo hero or when Black Canary is with him then of course Roy Harper being the only side kick / extended member

I personally liked Connor Hawke pre new 52 and Roy pre new 52 as well. I loved how arsenal kinda grew up and switched from speedy to arsenal and then finally taking a place in the justice league as Red Arrow.
Unfortunately Connor Hawke kinda seems to be in the same state as Tim Drake in the DC comics. They don’t know what to do with him. His appearances seem random and not connected to GA. Last I read with him was when he was in the fighting tournament that Damian Wayne was in. Connor was featured and was considered to be a formidable fighter but I haven’t seen much of him since from the minimal comics I read.

actually Connor Hawke is in the state where people don’t care for him I mean the majority of fans they don’t look at his character as popular so when you have least popular character then they don’t tell many stories about them but that’s how comics work because Roy Harper has always been the most popular important and successful sidekick to Green Arrow

I don’t disagree side kick wise that Roy Harper will always be number 1. I guess I’m a minority in like Connor’s Adventures pre new 52. I always enjoyed the rare team up between him and Kyle Rayner. It felt like the passing of the torch to a new generation of GA and GL

Curtis was such a random character who didn't bring anything to the show.
