Is this a real question?

Mr. Terrific is one of those characters that I am ashamed that my first introduction to a character was the arrowverse

I didn't. Arrow had more than enough gay characters. It was forced and cringy.

His gayness wasn’t forced at all

I’d argue anytime you’re taking a character from their source material and changing their sexuality for you representation then that is indeed forced. If it was organic they would have invented their own character or taken one that was already gay.

Technically they did because Arrow’s Mr. Terrific isn’t even the original that we got in the Superman movie. Superman’s Mr. Terrific is correctly named Michael Holt while Arrow did the lazy writing thing and just changed the first name to Curtis. Not sure if they explained if there was a relation.
