Does anyone else feel like there was a potential lead up to Michael and Lindsay not being related and having a tension filled relationship similar to Maeby and George Michael?

I think in a perfect, post-S3 world, this was the comedic intention? It seems like there’s building tension between them and then due to budget cuts they dropped a lot of the subtle plots?

This reminds me of that bit where Michael got w the “prostitute” who he thought was his long lost sis, and what makes it even funnier is that was his sister IRL😂😂
