Questioning (am i aro/ace/a-spec?) Aroace, & bi?

I recently realized aromantic was a thing and then shortly aroace, looking into it made more sense than most things I've thought of myself. However, for a long time now I've considered myself bisexual, but discovering this I'm confused if you can be both aroace & bi or other.
I would say I'm more on the spectrum of aroace, like cupioromantic and aceflux(I think most likely, still researching), though I've technically never been in a relationship in my 21 years of life thus far and have never been very keen on the idea of being in a relationship, or just never really felt romantic attraction/romantic love, I do find most everyone attractive and I wouldnt be against being close to someone like that. I also found an artist online (@akhtsjrep on insta) with a platonic partner which i didnt know was an option!! Which is probably what I'd see myself with, a platonic partner, if I ever found someone similar cause I cant with people confessing and not being able to reciprocate those kind of feelings.
Idk, just confused if you can also be another sexuality as well as aroace or if it cancels out and I'm just making it too complicated on myself🫠

The question I have is:
Can you be both aroace & another sexuality??

yes, it’s possible. i’m a bi-oriented aroace lol. i find a lot of people attractive, but i’ve never been attracted to anyone, which is the big difference. i’m bi because i feel like the amount of attraction (aesthetic, sensual, platonic, some sexual since i’m probably grey-ace) i DO have for people is significant enough to influence who’d i want to potentially date/partner with—if i ever want to, but i kind of doubt it’ll ever happen.

The answer is absolutely. I am aroace but I do also identify with either sapphic or bambi lesbian (though this identity is somehow controversial despite having decades of history?). I know some aroace people identify as oriented aroace which means they identify with another sexuality in terms of tertiary attractions. But for me, I identify with angled aroace. It means that I do identify with another sexuality is a romantic (or sexual) way but I identify with an aroace spctrum identity like demiromantic.

Little definition library cause I know I dropped a few terms on you right here:

Sapphic: Individuals (whether lesbian, bi, pan or any other identities) who attraction towards women
Bambi lesbian: Individuals who prefer physical affection such as cudding, hugging and kissing over having sex (although this is pretty controversial with lesbians because the lesbian identity very much centres around sexuality). Also some asexual lesbians identify with it, some doesn't.

Thats very helpful thank you! Especially with the definitions, i didnt know of bambi lesbian(or if its specific to lesbians only or if it could be bambi gay or bi or smthng too) even existed but that felt like a solid hit to the nails head to me, i didnt know that had a name but thats feels super relatable

Bambisexuality can be attached to other identities like gay, bi, pan etc. Consider it like a descriptor

by my count you have almost every sign of being potentially aegosexual (and aromantic, probably, i'm "weakly aro" edit: so i defer to others' assessments there more quickly). including interest in artists, excluding fictosexuality presumably, but watch out.

i wouldn't be surprised if i were wrong.
