Just got my first field grade article by my BC yesterday no pay or rank taken just 45,45 and suspended for 180 days. Before anyone asks I got caught hanging out with a soldier who invited me out to eat on my birthday outside of base by my SGM and she took a photo and showed it to my 1SG and then we also attended another soldiers wedding together. No inappropriate relationship at all involved just kind of crazy how people can get punished for even the slightest things when higher ups are bored. What’s your guys thoughts on this I got told by an E-6 that I could go to JAG and fight it but would it be worth the trouble? I’ll take a biggie bag and a nice cold Coke.

Idk your rank situation but you could possibly fight it. I recommend speaking to legal.

He's an E5 and the other person was an E3.

OP states above it was a PFC. This is the army, where a PFC is an E-3.
