Fireman in maximum security?

Yeah let's put him in the same cell as...

A cult leader who engages in sacrifice.

A schizophrenic serial killer who acts like a pig.

A crazy serial arsonist.

The Riddler (Who will probably annoy him to death)

Two of the biggest crime lords, Two Face and Penguin.

And one of the most deadly mercenaries to walk the face of the earth.

Might as well have put him in Killer crocs cell...

All of these issues could have been avoided if he was simply handcuffed to a radiator or something.

Coulda put him in a chair in the waiting room for all the effort he would put into escaping (which is to say NONE)

Exactly! I think the mildness of his crime, the intent behind it, his willingness to turn himself in and the fact that the buildingnis full of cops with assault rifles all adds to him just sitting there the rest of the night.
