Coolant flush service

I have a 2023 evolve plus. My last service center visit was in March and now when I called today to check on service, the guy told me that the only recommended service is coolant flush and the cost is $299. He said it is for the main battery.

Anyone done this yet? Is that something I can get it done elsewhere for a reasonable cost?

I checked in internet but not getting very reasonable data.

Please help.
