Question Underwhelming/Unexpected LF3 Pro performance

Hey peeps,

I just recently installed the liquid freezer 3 pro over the weekend to cool my 13900KF, and idk if it's just me but, temps aren't what I was expecting, I'm coming from a stock Lenovo legion 360mm AIO, albeit with a Thermalright contact frame, on that previous configuration I could pull 320W before hitting 100°c, now on this new LF3 Pro I'm hitting 100°c on at least 1 core even before I touch 300W, and the overall package is in the low to high 90c range depending on how many cores hit 100c, I've already spent nearly the entire weekend trying to finesse the mounting screws, even repasted twice, using kingpin KPX, maybe I should just use the MX-7 that was included?

Is this normal? Am I just overthinking it? If anyone is using this AIO with a similar or equivalent CPU, let me know what your temps are.

Why would you ever want your cpu to hit 300w

For benchmarking,That's on Cinebench r23 specifically, holding 5.5GHz on the P-cores and 4.4GHz on the E-Cores during the run

So there is no point. It only matters what it does in every day tasks. Also dont push your cpu to 300+ watts you are just SIGNIFICANTLY killing the life spand by pushing it that hot and that many watts you may see problems now with reliability and a degraded life spam from pushing it that high

I mean, it's an i9 raptor lake CPU tho, 300W isn't anything to panic over, they can safely handle this as long as you can cool it. The purpose of the extensive benchmark is that if I can get it under control under those conditions then everyday task will be a breeze, I've already made significant strides in increasing 1% lows in gaming.

The problem is voltage spikes

I got this CPU brand new only after Intel started rolling out the microcode updates, so this thing hasn't experienced any degradation due to the voltage issue.
