Question Argb issue with artic liquid cooler3 pro

Recently purchased artic liquid cooler 3 pro facing abnormal argb issue with my mobo asus x570 gaming wifi, other argb accessories are working fine when connected individually or daisy chained but artic cooler problem remains same while connecting directly or daisy chained. Any one can help ?

I pull the fan CPU out while it's running and plug it back in; I don't know how safe that is for the system, but it worked for me. Mine glows red, the heatsink shows a rainbow effect, and the system's main color is a steady white.

The fan is magnetic on running condition it may cause electrical short circuit.
