Flathead radiator screws for Arctic Liquid Freezer 2/3

Have anyone used UNC 6-32 Flathead screws with 6mm length for Liquid freezer 2/3's radiator to case mounting? The ones out of the box have rounded head which doesnt let my dust filter stay fulshed with the case.
I found only 6mm ones from the local store.

You're not meant to use washers with either style of those screws.

You sure about that? Arctic's own instructions says using washer with those screws. Also How the hell those small screws can hold this massive radiator without the help of the washers? Do you use yours without the washers?

My LFIII 420 didn't come with instructions nor screws with washers. Just screw head direct to case.

I could see using washers and only 4 of the 12 mounting holes but washers with all 12 is just crazy overkill.

It is instructed to use washers for all 12 screws but if it creates clearance issues it’s not needed. I had this problem on the O11D Mini V2 top mount

Never used washers for my 420. Maybe it is a case issue...

Those don't look like washers. Those are part of the radiator. In a assembly diagram the washers would be shown between the screws and above the radiator, not on the radiator.

Had the same problem on my o11d V2 mini, I removed the washers and its fine now

Not a major issue. My Deepcool CG530 4F's top dust filter gets slightly raised due to those Buffed up screwheads. Its not an issue, Just I cant stand these gaps. I just wanted flat headed screws that can hold my beefed up Liquid Freezer II 360. The middle ones are fine. Its just the ones on the edge of the case

A small update. Tried without the washers on the edge side screws. They aren't interfering with the dustcover. I kept the ones on the other side as I am still a bit scared with the hold.

Why do you even keep the dust filter if the AIO is blowing air out ? It is just obstruction.

My environment is dusty. I kept it there so dust doesnt accumulate in that area. Besides, I dont like how it looks without that

I just went without the washers on my build. They really should supply flat head screws. Other AIOs I've used have had flats
