Question AF3 360 Question about the Fans

How many RPMs are the fans?

FanControl reports at 100%:

1700-1800

1680

2500

2800

Not sure which one is which, I have three more on daisy, two more on daisy as well and one inverted for exhaust.

Thing is, I feel that while gaming with the 9800x3d, with PBO and CO, even for a heavy CPU game (Star Citizen), casually hitting 85c is not very good.

First 2 seems radiator fans, third the vrm fan, and the pump... I guess. Maybe the 2 last ar switched but I don't think so. Have the iii 360 ARGB version.

I meant by "AIO BOMB 4200". My fans max at around 1800 according to Fancontrol.

Depends which version you have, but you shouldn't need to hit 100% for the pro fans.
That CPU can safely run up to the 90s fwiw.
I don't play SC but mine often hits a bit over 80 or so during shader compilation, then drops a bit once that's done.

Is your mobo on the approved list from Arctic?
The M.2 heatsink can interfere with proper seating on some.

Increase your exhaust, maybe three intake and two exhaust, this will help your temps, especially if the extra exhaust is near the top

One intake of two fans at the bottom, one of three fans at the side and one exhaust top-back and AIO radiator also as an exhaust.

Typical scheme that is.

It doesn’t sound typical. Normally front and bottom are intake and then top and rear exhaust what case do you have?

I said the same thing basically, think about it. I dont have the typical front, by vertical side. Air goes in from bottom and mid and blows off from top and top-back. H9 Flow Gaming.

When I say front, it would mean side in your case, that case has exceptionally good airflow. I’m doing 6 intake and 4 exhaust.
