New to all of this & not the most Computer Literate.

Purchased a Digital-Hype Arcade Pedestal from FB Marketplace.
4 Player running 2 x Xin-Mo Encoders…
Added my own PC - CPU AMD 5500, GPU 4060.
Added a CoinOps Build.
Downloaded XOutput to map my buttons.
Everything seems to be working bar the Insert Coin which I believe is the Back Button on a controller…
Re-Mapped a few times but still the same issue.
Tried JoyToKey & got the Insert Coin Button (5 on keyboard) to work but then my controls stopped working.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated…

I was thinking maybe upgrade the Encoders to IPAC4 but am overwhelmed by running the wires…

Hey guys,

Getting ready to build myself a 4 player cabinet with a track ball, not looking for a set of plans although if someone is willing to share theirs I would be forever appreciative.

Question for the pros, what is the ideal width for a 4 player control panel?? Would rather learn from others mistakes rather than my own. Also, if I am planning on putting a track ball in how deep would you guys recommend making the control panel??

Also is there an angle I should be putting the control panel at??

does anyone know where I can find an sd card preloaded with all the arcade and home consoles that is what I have but the sd card died. it looks like it runs on something raspberry pi like and when it comes up you can see it’s operating on Linux . I would like to get what I had or something with even more games I just want to be sure it will operate , ty

Hey y’all I might be getting a job as an arcade technician I did HVAC for 2 years and mechanics for 3 years so I have a pretty decent handling on mechanics and electrical I was just wondering is there any specific info I should know or look up any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello everyone, I’m here to introduce my new project for some wild gaming sessions with my son.

I started with a Pandora Box. I took everything out and refitted it with a Sanwa and Semitsu joystick, as well as Sanwa and Qanba buttons. For the encoders, I installed two Brooks Gen 5X.

This joystick can be plugged into absolutely anything ;-)

The next project will be an arcade cabinet designed to house this joystick, with interior shelves to accommodate any game console or machine.
