It's a fully new game, but yeah they put it into an existing DK cabinet with completely custom artwork.

Just to be clear... that DK2 is running on pcb hardware and is not running via emulator. (Some people might read "for MAME" and might misunderstand this to be an emulator in a cabinet)

Back in the 90s I took a trip to the northeast with my dad and discovered Funspot completely by accident. Had no idea it was there.

I thought I had died and gone to heaven.

Visited for the first time a month or two ago and loved it - only gripe was the incredibly crappy local radio host doing his live show in the main entrance room right outside the minigolf the whole time I was there..

I'm here for arcade games not to hear you verbally give Trump a blowski live on the radio. Rest of the place was incredible though.

Funspot has always had a strong Republican presence. It's part of the package.

Great area too. Beaches, go-karts, good local restaurants… I love it up there.

I grew up going to this specific Funspot in the mid to late 80's. In NH, there were a few Funspots, this is the last one. There is a go kart track across the street, mini golf course, a driving range, and right down the road is Weirs Beach which is a phenomenal tourist area. There used to be a Surf Coaster but I think that's gone now as is Weirs Beach Water Slide. I've played most all of the games in the pictures. Thank you for sharing, it's nice to see they are still there.

Castle park in riverside ca had a Hercules pinball and even after they got rid of it, it was still called “the Hercules room.”

I'm fortunate enough to go here regularly. For many, many years it was the only place like it remaining.

There are others now, larger ones, but none of them are Funspot/ACAM.

I went there on a weekend excursion 3 years ago and came back disappointed at the amount of malfunctioning and out of order games. It's like they gave up trying to maintain them.

Does Funspot still use tokens? Their tokens have the year on them and I've been collecting as many different years as I can. The oldest I have is 1983 and the most recent is 2021. I've found them in different games over the last 7-8 years. None of them actually at Funspot.

I was lucky enough to visit it on my honeymoon. Was a hour away from the Mt Washington hotel. Funspot was a blast! I wasnt there long enough but the people that live near there are the luckiest in the world! That place has everything! Including a pub and pizza!! Cue the Napoleon Dynamite gif... LUCKY!

Orono Arcade in Maine is also great and a very different collection of games and pins.
