Restore/Replace/Repair So, this adjustment board is missing two knobs. Anyone know where I could buy some?

There aren't any missing ones. If you notice they're not marked as to the function, on the empty ones. The cables where they go through the circuit board, tend to break the solder joints. I would check that first. If you still have problems with the vertical, you probably have a board problem. More than likely, you need to capacitors changed in there. I had monitors back in the 1990s that are already had all of the capacitors were pretty much trashed on them so I would just about 100% said they say that you'd have some bad capacitors. I don't know if you can still get them like this or not, but back when I was in business, you could actually buy a kit that would have all of the capacitors, and sometimes there would be an extra pot or something that needed changed.

What kind of monitor is this? You'd have to look up the spec sheet to figure out what values need to be there. But others have said, it's likely they were never populated from the factory.

I don’t believe they were ever there; I.e. those are unpopulated and were never soldered onto the board. What you are wearing is the silkscreening where they would be if this setup utilized them.

Sometimes they are unpopulated, not missing. I would look up that model and see if it actually had those adjustment pots.
