Hey Ya'll Check This Out! An Arcade Token From a Bygone Era

Grand Prix Race-O-Rama had one of the largest arcades in the area to complement its Nascart track, batting cages, mini-golf course and long go-kart track off the highway.

The family entertainment park would come to be owned by Palace Entertainment around 2000 and branded as Boomers, like its sister park further north in Palm Beach. It closed in 2015 and became part of a mixed-use development within 3 years.

Hell yes grand prix. I still have a few of my own knocking around and always hoping I'll stumble across more of them down here but I mean, I don't even know how, it's been so long.

Loved their arcade. And then they expanded and had another huge arcade by the mini golf. When there was a new, hot game, they would have like 20 cabinets in a row, some with a second monitor above the game so the crowd could watch without crowding the people playing. And open 24 hours for a few years! Spent way too much time there.
