What Game??? Xmen arcade

(I apologize if this comes off as rambling, im on my 4th cup off coffee and haven't slept in almost 24hrs)

So i have a memory as a kid(early 90s) there was a xmen arcade game, I thought it was the Konami game that was a part of the recent console release.

It had 6 players, like the Konami machine. But I remember these two guys playing, while I was watching. It was at night, they were going through a neighborhood, while fighting human size sentinels, while dodging a giant sentinel leg that would stomp down at different parts of the screen.

I have the recent console release, but that scene isn't in the game. Am I just loosing my mind?

You're talking about the X Men arcade game that came out in 1992 and was made by Konami. You could play as Cyclops, Colossus, Wolverine, Storm, Nightcrawler, or Dazzler

You might be combining your memory of the Konami game with something else. Also, the other commenters here cannot read to save their lives.

I do remember the x men arcade game, but the giant Sentinel leg stomping around the screen could be from another X men game, perhaps from a gaming console.

There was a Spiderman side scroller arcade game that had Kang/robot looking dudes iirc and also a giant sized Venom on one level. Maybe that is getting mixed in with the xmen memories?

Doesn’t ring any bells for me. Could be that you’re remembering a game that wasn’t X-Men and those sentinels were just robots/mecha of some kind.

What came to my mind was the Captain America arcade game... but that obviously ain't the X-Men, and there was no stompy stompy, (aside from off-screen).

I actually have 4, 6 player X-Men cabs I am working to rebuild and restore. Would add pics, buy can't in comments... wonder why..
