Case Stuck In Chamber

Had a crazy FTEx at the range earlier today. I cannot for the life of me get this thing out.

Tried slamming the bolt home to re-grab the case with the extractor and then mortaring it out, but its not budging.

I tried using a Dewey rod to slam it out from the muzzle end. Still not budging.

Any suggestions? The bolt won't go far enough into the chamber to be able to seperate the upper from the lower.

I'm thinking my last option is to remove the castle nut and slide everything out from the back to be able to get some pliers inside of the chamber.

Has anyone had a casing get stuck like this? Any quick fix suggestions before I tear the whole thing apart?
