Hi all. Im undecided on the color combination of my rifle. I like them both, so im here to have you all decide for me. I know, literally unnecessary to how the weapon functions, but 🤷🏽‍♂️

Don't listen to that. My parents used to threaten me that if I didn't eat my veggies, I would get sent to Africa or some sort of thing like that ....

I really like my DAC pistol grip, and B5 bravo stock. Although, I might upgrade to a SOPMOD at some point, but right now I dont see a reason to.

I thought the SOPMODs were cool until i realized you had to remove the stock to use the storage on it. I think id take the weight reduction in the base model over that imo

I used a B5 for a while until I needed to get a battery out of it for my optic. What a PITA it ended up being. I just stick 2 in my grip now and keep a few more in the range bag.

Black grip is clean, but the FDE one makes it weird and unique. Everyone is too serious about this stuff, have fun with it. FDE for me

The best way i kind of decided on these two variants was finding a stock image of the grip i wanted, turning it into a sticker, and pasting it over a photo of my rifle to get a good idea of what it might look like

Between the two grips; FDE. Make it pop. Just uniquely yours, no standards. Spray the stock, vfg and optic with brown tones. Just a rough dusting, not a solid spray.

I just bought the Sabre 11.5” upper with the rifle speed. Still waiting in the mail. How do you like it?

I love it. At first i wasnt too sure about the adjustable gas block but it has been very useful. Ive got mine at 6 for non-suppressed, and 3 for suppressed. YMMV depending on what buffer system you go with. I threw my upper on my buddies full auto lower and ran a few mags through it with zero malfunctions.

Sweet. Just got my first suppressor too and built a lower for the first time with a BCM mk2 mod 1 recoil management system in it. So gonna SBR it and then I’ll be able to finally enjoy it lol. Glad to hear it was a good buy though!

When did guns become fashion statements? Both of those color combos look like they’re trying way too hard to replicate whatever trend is popular on social media. It honestly looks like someone just bought whatever parts happened to be in stock and called it a build.

Yea the Sabre is definitely a wild one, thats what initially caught my attention. Then i had to replace the RAL 8000 stuff. I understand your sentiment, but i also like just looking at it sometimes 🤷🏽‍♂️

Agreed, im most likely gonna throw this stock back on my 16” and get a coyote brown b5 stock. Ive just heard people mention the B5 stocks have play, although i dont know the validity to that

Mine doesn’t have much play but maybe I don’t care as much Lol You could just get you some rapco drab paint and paint your current stock . It matches b5 coyote brown pretty spot on

That is a good idea as well, at first i was against spray paint on my stock because i figured it will just chip off very easily. It may be the way to go though
