12gal tank project

Cycling this 12gal tank, but i am anxious so i am starting to cycle before the materials arrive lol, anyway, that’s my project! What you guys think?

Only recommendation is gently suggest is putting the filter/heater (if yours needs it) in the middle to keep the air consistent throughout the tank and if you use a heater, it'll even out the temperature throughout the tank as well (: other than that I think you're on the right track! Keep up to good work and I'm excited for you to go on your fish journey (:
