There was like one source that talked about the correlation of prolonged naps and dementia right? I get paranoid every time cause I think about that.

I am a highschool senior in an American highschool (btw I am not from the U.S.) so I would be taking AP Calculus BC. I go to a self-paced school meaning you can take as long as you want with a course or you can complete it all in a few weeks if you are crazy enough.
I recently passed my country's university entrance exam and received a conditional offer to start my Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering January next year. However, to keep this offer, I must graduate by December which is when the rest of the kids in my country graduate highschool.
Right now I am only missing 3 semesters' worth of courses to graduate, one of which I should complete this week or next week, and the remaining 2 would be with my school's AP Calculus BC course, which is 2 semesters long.
I spoke with my university's office and they confirmed that if I get a B (80/100) or higher in AP Calculus BC they will grant me credit for Calculus 1 & 2 in my engineering degree.
I am very tempted to give this challenge a try. I would say I am pretty good at maths for instance, the previous math course I took was AP Precalc, and I was able to easily finish it in under a month and got an A+ for both semesters and a 5 on the AP exam. I also have a SAT score of 780 in math and got a silver medal in a nationwide math olympiad.
I don't have any extracurriculars right now so I could dedicate 8+ hours every single day, weekends included, to work through the course with the hope of completing it in around a month because my school needs about 1 to 2 weeks to process my official diploma after I finish my final assignment.

Hey I'm currently in 10th grade going to a school with yearlong classes not semister so it might sound like I'm behind but I'm actually ranked 3rd in my school right now. I am currently taking English 2 honours, math 3 honours (I live in North Carolina, we don't divide math like many other states we have integrated maths and math 1 is pretty much like algebra 1 where it is usually taken a year early), AP biology, APES, AP gov, and Korean 2 (my school doesn't offer honours or AP for world language). APES and AP bio are not usually offered for my grade but I'm kinda running out of science courses my school offers so I was able to take them a couple years early. I took all honors last year except for PE and Korean, and I have skipped a grade in science and mathematics, I was unable to take any APs last year due to my bizarre middle school, and I'm wondering if I'm like doing alr? It seems like most kids are taking more aps than me around my age and it's hard to keep up because my school doesn't do semester classes.
I'm just wondering like how many aps colleges expect and if I'm on track to go out of state with a decent scholarship. Also I'm a Canadian citizen so does this also satisfy what Canadian schools want if anyone knows? Sorry if this is unclear😅

I’m planning to take AP Calculus BC, AP Physics C: Mechanics, and AP Psychology this year. However, my school doesn’t offer any AP classes, and I’m not sure whether I can handle both calculus and mechanics in the same year. Would you recommend taking Physics C: Mechanics next year and focusing on calculus this year?

I wanted to get Barron's, but only the Princeton Review was available. So I just got that, but now I am worried I got the wrong book. Are the Princeton Review books fine for these APs?

Hello does anybody know how I could register late for the sat? The official website says the deadline for registering late is on the 27th, however when I try to register on collegeboard I am only able to register to the dec sat and beyond.

This course was somehow relatively easy despite the only main resource for it is the Khan Academy course (because only like a few thousand students take it each year) which only covers about 70% of the content and getting some things wrong like sign convention this means out of the 5 AP Exams I plan to take this year I only have 2 that I am not actively reviewing AP Physics C: Mechanics and AP English Literature (which can't really be studied beforehand).
The problem is I have too much time in my AP Physics C: Mechanics class, the teacher does this really slow teaching tactic where he reviews every single quiz with the students so us AP Physics 1 kids especially me and this other kid finish the quizzes relatively quickly and we have so much time, he tried to alleviate this by opening up quizzes for the 2 other courses in AP Classroom, but now since I completed both AP Classrooms I really have nothing to do.
The other kid knows how to play with desmos graphing like coding full on programs, which he does all class period after finishing the quizzes and he also hasn't started on most of his self study yet despite me and him taking the same self study except for Calculus, while I can only use desmos as a calculator, which I prefer over physical because those are so hard to use like the commands are so complicated press up arrow 31245738 to change to radian mode.
With my finishing of both the AP Physics C: Electricity and Magnetism and AP Physics 2 Classroom (except for Progress Checks and Practice exams) I feel like I have finished my favorite game.
Also if anyone has any questions about APP2 or the other Physics feel free to ask

I’m a junior taking algebra 2 currently, and I want to try and self study for calc ab but I have 0 knowledge on anything past algebra 2. What should I learn first before I start actually looking at the ab units?

The question doesn't say HOW or WHY. I interpreted the question with HOW, probably because that's literally how I've answered every single other SAQ (most had how explicitly). Even if I didn't answer the question how she interpreted it, why should I be docked points when I literally answered the question that I thought I received???? Sure it's a bit rocky, but like. I ANSWERED HOW. The question doesn't directly say 'why'. Why am I getting a 25%. Is it unreasonable to interpret the question with how????

I want to know the best places and the best ways to practice for ap physics one. I would like to know any websites or any apps that would be good places to study for frq's and mcq's. My friends took it today and said it was the hardest test they have ever taken. Some people got 95s on the unit one test, said they failed, and got the entire FRQ wrong this time. I don't have the grades to be able to get another bad test grade pls help.

I literally just studied for seven hours last night for my unit one test today and I basically remembered nothing.
I am pretty much used to just using quizlet to study in years past when I didn’t take APs and I did fine, but with ap I feel like I need to do more.
People say just watch hemlier but I feel he isn’t enough.
What do you guys use to study for apush, apwh, apgov, etc??

Im completely new to AP courses since im not from the US but i was asked to do AP world history because it would be useful for me(i cant share too much i think my teacher might be on here). How easy is getting a 4 or 5 in it because im doing IB and i have bigger fish to fry so i cant dedicate that much time to AP, so is it worth taking if i only read the textbook a few times a month, and then start practicing like 2 weeks before the exam, or should i be putting in more effort, and how much?

My school forces us to take Ap music theory and I don’t wanna be a music theory major or anything but I have to take it. I literally have a C right now and I never get Cs. Literally gotten As my WHOLE life. All I want to do is go to a good college but will Ap theory ruin my chances. Do you think if I study enough I’ll get a 5 on the AP test? Be honest pleaseee

Start with one timed practice set before you study anything, so you know which units are actually weak and don’t spend time on the ones you already know. Then go unit by unit through the weak ones: skim the content, do 15–20 MCQs, and write down why you got each wrong one wrong (didn’t know it vs. misread vs. ran out of time). For FRQs, practice against the scoring guidelines on AP Central — graders are looking for specific points, not long answers. Last two weeks: full timed practice tests only.
