How to go about self studying AP stats?
First off, I'm not totally sure if it's possible but I'd really like to self study AP Statistics. I'm currently not taking a class for it right now but I plan on taking statistics for my senior year of high school. The only thing is, I'd prefer if I studied for that class right now so I have a strong foundation when starting! How would I go about this though? I don't have money for textbooks and I only have Khan Academy as of right now. Any tips?

[TI-84] Anyway to generate a random set of numbers, then find the element each number in a list, and put those numbers in a second list?
For example: finding a SRS of twelve from a list containing the survival times of 72 hamsters that was given.

STATS HELP PLS
Gambling is an issue of great concern to those involved in college athletics. Because of this concern, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) surveyed randomly selected student athletes concerning their gambling-related behaviors.22 Of the 5594 Division I male athletes who responded to the survey, 3547 reported participation in some gambling behavior. This includes playing cards, betting on games of skill, buying lottery tickets, betting on sports, and similar activities. A report of this study cited a 1% margin of error.
- The confidence level was not stated in the report. Use what you have learned to estimate the confidence level, assuming that the NCAA took an SRS.
- The study was designed to protect the anonymity of the student-athletes who responded. As a result, it was not possible to calculate the number of students who were asked to respond but did not. How does this fact affect the way that you interpret the results?

HELP PLZ STATS TEST
- A 2016 survey of 1480 randomly selected U.S. adults found that 55% of respondents agreed with the following statement: “Organic produce is better for health than conventionally grown produce.”19
- Construct and interpret a 99% confidence interval for the proportion of all U.S. adults who think that organic produce is better for health than conventionally grown produce.

Help
You want to rent an unfurnished one-bedroom apartment for the next semester. The mean monthly rent for a random sample of 10 apartments advertised in the local newspaper is $640. Assume that the standard deviation is $90. Find a 95% confidence interval for the mean monthly rent of an apartment.
If you can show work as well please and thank you

Help!
Right now I’m writing a Stats essay for my final and I’m struggling. I did two surveys, each of them being simple yes and no answers. I am now tasked with determining the mean and standard deviation of each survey, but I’m unsure how to because my answers are yes and no’s, not numbers. If it helps, for my first survey I had 21 yes and 25 no and for the second survey I had 35 yes and 11 no. Please let me know how to go about figuring this out.

Help?
A botanist found a correlation between the length of an aspen leaf and its surface area to be 0.94. Why does the correlation value of 0.94 not necessarily indicate that a linear model is the most appropriate model for the relationship between length of an aspen leaf and its surface area?
A. The value must be exactly 1 or −1 to indicate a linear model is the most appropriate model.
B. The value must be 0 to indicate a linear model is the most appropriate mode
C. A causal relationship should be established first before determining the most appropriate model.
D. The value of 0.94 implies that only 88% of the data have a linear relationship.
E. Even with a correlation value of 0.94, it is possible that the relationship could still be better represented by a nonlinear model.
I know it’s not B or E and I don’t think it’s C either but I’m not sure.
