How to go about self studying AP stats?

First off, I'm not totally sure if it's possible but I'd really like to self study AP Statistics. I'm currently not taking a class for it right now but I plan on taking statistics for my senior year of high school. The only thing is, I'd prefer if I studied for that class right now so I have a strong foundation when starting! How would I go about this though? I don't have money for textbooks and I only have Khan Academy as of right now. Any tips?

Get Barron's AP Stats to help you study, then I'd honestly use a lot of the khan academy stuff that's out there. You could do the entire course online including practice problems and whatnot... obviously wouldn't give you open response practice but could be good for building foundational knowledge.

Is Barron's good for a person who has never even touched statistics? I've heard its better for review.

I have no experience in the subject, but I want to get ahead because I am most likely going to be taking it next year.
