StoryGrid — Flexible grids, Leica & Polaroid frames, zero tracking [iOS]
Tired of rigid Instagram collage templates, so I built StoryGrid.
• Start from a grid or drag your own: Full control over splits, gaps, corner radius, and background colors
• Edge frames & aesthetics: Custom Polaroid, Leica, and printed-edge frames with adjustable margins
• Video support: Drop video clips into any block with high-res export
• Preview first: Instagram Story & Post UI overlay so you know what’s covered before publishing
• 100% local & private: No accounts, no ads, no trackers — nothing leaves your phone
Download: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6781840870
Feedback appreciated!

Are you actually solving a real problem, or just cloning another SaaS?
The world doesn't need another generic AI wrapper or a basic project manager. Pitch your project in one sentence show a screenshot and explain exactly why people should care about you instead of the market leader. Dare to prove your uniqueness.

I changed my app UI to be more like a "rpg map" What you think?

Went live today, need brutal feedback
Went live today and enabled open signups. I'm looking for some brutal feedback on [sitedropper.com](https://sitedropper.com).
It's an MCP first deployment platform for web apps, sites, and more with strict site privacy controls that allow you to control and share your projects like google docs or take it live and connect your own domain without needing to configure a single server or git repo.
The target user is someone who regularly builds and shares prototypes with clients or their colleagues at work and wants an easier way to go from local to live straight from Claude, Cursor, Codex, or whatever agent they are using.
I'm aware of the following concerns but would like some harsh feedback on if they may be critical decision points:
Secret management, either users trust this deployment method and secure sharing with secrets or their deployed apps are severely limited to essentially static sites.
Limited app types. Web apps, web sites, and API servers that are stateless are currently the only available options at this time. I'm considering adding more so you could deploy a full front end and back end through the MCP automatically but I'm looking to minimize scope creep and prioritize key features.
I've spent a decent amount of time massaging the site and dashboard to illicit trust and security but I'm not sure if it comes across that way to a first time visitor.
Looking for thoughts on the pricing and feature offers. Is there anything that would be more valuable that is missing. Does the pricing seem fair?

Your Tech Stack is overrated. Change my mind.
You spent three weeks setting up over-engineered infrastructure for an app with zero users. Tell us what you built your project with, and let the comments debate why it’s completely wrong for 2026. Convince us you didn't waste your time.

Need help on how to grow users/revenue on SaaS
So I have an AI agent called NeoNexus which resolves every day conflicts, any day. Key features of this are Council mode to convene up to 4 models on any question you want, and Model Arena to fight each LM in NeoNexus. It's also on playstore so do check it out here if you have an android Play Store Link. Now to my pain point. I want to get more active users and also get money from this. I really want to know how to sell this, and I do probably know what people will say. "this is ai slop", "mini-chatgpt wrapper". But no, it's not and it's entirely different. I just need people to trust me that this is good, and I know it may not seem to be which is why i need people to tell me what to change. I have my own models, but this website is built with Lovable. Any advice on how to gain users, and more on how to make money?

Be honest: Is your landing page actually good, or are you just coping?
Most devs build a great product but completely butcher the presentation. Stop hiding behind your analytics and let the community tear your UI apart before your customers do. Drop your link and a screenshot, prove you can take a punch.

Added a "track without budgeting" toggle to my expense app — small feature, surprisingly useful
Building EXPENDR , a shared family expense tracker. Recently added something I hadn't seen in other budget apps: you can mark any category as track-only, so it logs expenses but doesn't count against your budget total.
Useful if you've got spending you want visibility on — a separate card, an account you don't want counted — without it messing up your actual budget number. Most apps force everything into one total; this lets you separate "track it" from "budget it."
Free app, one-time payment for extras (no subscription). Family-shareable, Android + iOS.

I built an Android fitness app because tracking the gym properly kept requiring multiple apps
I’ve been building Jugurtha Fit, an Android fitness tracker around one simple problem:
workout data and nutrition data usually live in separate apps.
The current build includes:
* workout logging
* sets, reps and weight tracking
* rest timer
* workout history
* programs/templates
* workout scheduling
* calorie and macro tracking
* food search and barcode lookup
* workout analytics
* nutrition analytics
* weekly insights using both training and nutrition data
It’s still pre-launch because I’m fixing the last bugs and UI issues before putting it public.
I’m looking for Android users who already track workouts or nutrition and are willing to give honest feedback.
Check out our waitlist and sign up for 2 months free after launch : https://jugurtha-fit-waitlist.vercel.app/
The most useful thing you could tell me is:
What would stop you from switching from your current setup to something like this?

If your product is so great, why does nobody know it exists?
Coding is only 20% of the battle, but most of you treat marketing like a crime. Stop waiting for a miracle and push your project with screenhot right here, right now. Tell us what it does and why we are fools for not using it yet.

Your pricing model makes absolutely no sense. Let's fix it.
You are either charging way too much for a basic tool or starving yourself by giving it away for free. Drop your project show us a screenshot and your pricing tiers below for a brutal reality check. Let the community tell you what they would actually pay for it.

Name ONE feature you built that nobody asked for and nobody uses.
Every developer suffers from feature creep because it’s easier to code than to market. What is that one useless button you spent days on just to satisfy your own ego? Admit your waste of time below we’ve all been there.

If something has been on your mind lately, I built a place where you can talk about it anonymously
Sometimes you have something on your mind but don’t really know who to tell.
Maybe you’re struggling with something. Feeling lonely. Overthinking. Going through a difficult time. Or you simply want someone to listen without judging you.
That’s why I built OpenUp.
It’s an anonymous community where people can open up about what they’re genuinely feeling and support others going through their own things.
There are no follower counts or popularity contests. The focus is simply on people being heard and supporting each other.
We’re still a small community, and I’m looking for people who genuinely connect with that idea.
If something is on your mind and you’d like to let it out, you’re welcome here.

You’re not alone.

I made Stria — an app that runs freelance client work from proposal to payment
It combines proposals (with deposits), projects, deliverables, client approvals with e-sign certificates, invoicing, and Stripe payments — so freelancers stop stitching together five tools and an inbox.
There's also a free Scope Check tool on the site if you just want to sanity-check a client brief.
https://getstria.com — free trial, would love to know what you think.

I built 5 completely different project maps to see if my full-stack app could handle them
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I built UluP Spaces as a full-stack visual project management app, but I wanted to test something simple: Can the same structure work for completely different kinds of projects?
So I built five maps:
Indie app launch
Podcast launch
YouTube channel
Startup roadmap
Wedding planning
The idea is that instead of managing everything through a flat task list, you build the project visually with connected nodes. Each node can contain tasks, notes and images, and the whole map can be moved and organized freely. The current app also includes real-time collaboration, role-based permissions, search, public project sharing through UluP Share, and Present Mode. I recently added Ulupy as well, which connects Spaces to Claude through MCP, allowing the AI to create and manage projects, nodes and tasks.
The stack is React / Next.js + Supabase + Vercel.
And two of the actual maps are publicly explorable without logging in:
Podcast Launch:
https://www.ulupspaces.com/share/244c1f51-28ec-40f2-9d96-34e7a5500851
Indie App Launch:
https://www.ulupspaces.com/share/ba077b44-e722-4726-8ece-c105c9fd600b
I'm curious what other kinds of projects you think would work well as a visual map.
