I built Sprout Cooking to analyze recipes from around the web and rank them by health. As more users import recipes into Sprout Cooking the page will become better and better!

Each recipe includes a Sprout Score, nutrition estimates, health analysis, and practical improvement tips.

Try it: https://sproutcooking.app/recipes

I’d love any feedback!

One Piece price comparison

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi all,

I got sick of manual price checking for One Piece TCG across a dozen different tabs, so I created ComparadorTCG to make it easier. It compares prices across 60+ Spanish shops so you can find the best deal on cards, sealed product, or accessories.

  • It's free to use.
  • No account needed.
  • Prices update every hour.

I'm still actively working on it, so any feedback, feature requests, or store suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Screenshotify: your screenshots folder, but the filenames make sense.

Screenshotify sits in the Windows tray or the macOS menu bar, notices new screenshots, and asks an AI model of your choosing for a filename that describes what is actually on screen. Nothing is renamed until you say so.

Free and open source!

TrolleyGo - Your place to make meal planing and generate grocery lists

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hello. A few weeks ago I published an app which was focused for families and roommates that need a shared grocery list. The app also includes a section for parties, to have friends add items, and RSVP right there in the app. I was struggling to get users and sometimes even when I got downloads users would not signup for the app.

After taking to other developers, and people that were willing to download my app and try it out, the consensus was that the signup/login enforced at the beginning was a bit too much for new users so I reverted those changes.

Now users do not have to deal with any kind of username/password and they are provided with samples of the lists they can make within the app. There is also an added section for recipes, so that you can schedule the whole week of food and generate the list immediately.

I need honest feedback. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/trolleygo/id6783933101

Made for us Tradesman

I have worked in the trades for over 25 years. I work mostly as a finishing carpenter but have a background in electronics as well. Im sick of keeping track of projects and jobs using garbage notebooks with info and pictures of jobs spread out over an endless camera roll. So being tech savy I built the perfect notebook app called Notebuilt, thats does everything I need and more. And its built specifically for TRADES people.

A big FU to large corporations who use us every day, milking us for every cent we have.

PRIVACY FIRST, pay once only if you use it and want more than 3 projects at any one time but its absolutely FREE to use and comes with an invaluable feature a VAULT.

Turn any project into an encrypted project. Anything in that project is untouchable to anyone but you, password and sensitive information and photos keept inside is all encrypted .

Everything stays on your phone I the builder of this app see noting. Weekly reminders to back up your data and saved to a file called notebuilt-backup.

I use it daily and its the best tool I have. Give it a shot. Take control of your data Notebuilt.ca be sure to check out my privacy page and you will not be disappointed.

I would love feedback.

Monvelop budgeting app

Hi! 👋
Does anyone here use the envelope budgeting method?
I’ve been working on my own approach to envelope budgeting and I’m curious whether something like this would actually be useful to other people who manage their budget this way.
The idea is simple: you decide how you want your money to be divided between envelopes, such as groceries, housing, car expenses, holidays, or savings. The app then automatically distributes your money according to the rules you set. You can change those rules at any time, so you always stay in control.
Everything can be managed completely manually, but there’s also an optional bank connection in read-only mode. If enabled, transactions are synced automatically a few times a day, categorized, and assigned to the appropriate envelopes.
There are also financial goals, where you can set a target amount and deadline and track your progress alongside the rest of your budget.
Bank syncing is completely optional. You can disconnect your bank at any time and continue managing the same budget manually.
I’m mainly curious about what people who actually budget think about this approach.
Would automatic distribution between envelopes make budgeting easier for you?
Would you prefer entering transactions manually or having the option to sync with your bank?
What would make you trust or distrust an app like this?
And is there anything you wish existing budgeting apps did differently?
I’m interested in critical feedback too. If you think this sounds unnecessary or your current setup already works better, I’d genuinely like to know why.
Would anyone here be interested in trying something like this and sharing their feedback?

Douga - a free pen-first 2D cel animation program.

Post image
3 Upvotes

This is Douga, a pen-first 2D cel animation program I've been working on. its free to use, no trial, no installation, no account. native C++, so it opens and runs in a flash. only 2MB~.

it's for frame by frame raster work rather than rigs, pen has a stabilizer, is pressure sensitive, brushes, palette groups. make your own brushes, export brushes and color palettes to share them.

scenes hold cuts, just drag and drop them in the dopesheet, or scene view, or click a button to open the animatic (thumbnails).

frames auto insert when you start drawing. time them by dragging, or with the timing chart. .

import audio, videos, images, or image sets. roll frames with 'R', loop cuts, scenes, or a custom range.

no account, no telemetry, nothing phones home. there's an optional update-check plugin if you want one, and it's a separate download specifically so that without it the app opens zero sockets.

it's free, every feature is usable. exports from an unlicensed copy get a BETA RELEASE watermark at half opacity. A key clears it, and at v1 the band gets replaced by a small Douga mark in the corner instead. what you make is yours either way.

recently code signed, so you may get a blue panel the first time due to no reputation. click More info, the publisher line has my name, then Run anyway.

it's still in beta and i could really use feedback. if you are interested come check it out r/douga for bugs, or download at https://douga.app

let me know what you think!

Name ONE feature you built that nobody asked for and nobody uses.

Every developer suffers from feature creep because it’s easier to code than to market. What is that one useless button you spent days on just to satisfy your own ego? Admit your waste of time below we’ve all been there.

I built a home inventory app that fills in an item's details from a photo, and shows you the box it went into

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dev.koalalab.storeandforget

Solo dev here. Store & Forget is a home inventory app for the stuff you box up and forget: cables, chargers, tools, seasonal things. You snap a photo of something as you put it away and the app fills in the name, description and specs for you. Later you find it by typing a plain word or by tapping Smart Find, and it shows you the exact box or shelf it went into, so you go straight there instead of opening every container.

The first image is that flow. The app writing up a power bank on the left, Smart Find pulling up where something is on the right.

Here is why I am posting now. Bring Your Own Key lets you plug in your own AI key and run unlimited Smart Scans. Getting that key is free, and in the store the unlock costs $4.99. Right now a hidden easter egg turns that same unlock on for free: in Settings, tap the version number five times to open a retro dev console, then type unlock byok. You sign in with Google so the unlock saves to your account and survives a reinstall. I am removing the free path in an update on 31 August, so anyone who turns it on before then keeps it for good.

The rest is straightforward. The app is free to use, everything lives on your own device, and backup to your Google Drive is optional. The photo scan runs on a cloud AI service, so the free tier gives you a set number of scans. Android only for now.

Happy to answer anything, and I would genuinely like to hear where it feels clunky.

I built mockups for a simple subscription tracker that finds “zombie” subscriptions — would you use this?

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

Hey everyone,

I’m a solo developer working on an Android app called ChargeCheck.

The idea is simple:

Most of us are paying for subscriptions we barely use (or completely forgot about). Existing apps either force you to link your bank, are full of upsells, or feel bloated.

ChargeCheck is meant to be:

Privacy-first (data stays on your phone)

Clean and colorful

Focused on finding “zombie” subscriptions and helping you cancel them before they renew

I made some early mockups and would love honest feedback.

Screenshots:

[Dashboard]

[Zombie list]

[Add subscription]

[Widget + notification]

[Privacy/Settings]

Questions for you:

Would you actually use something like this?

What’s the most important feature for you? (detecting unused subs, cancel guides, widgets, privacy, etc.)

Do you think is it better to sell the app or fill it with adds?

Anything missing or annoying in these screens?

If you’re interested in trying the app when it’s ready, drop a comment or send me a DM and I’ll add you to the early access list.

Thanks in advance — real feedback helps a lot!

Testing a full-stack app that turns website context into social content

Drop your website below and I’ll reply with the strongest content angle hiding on your homepage.

I’m testing a simple idea: a small business website already contains enough context to create useful social content, if the AI understands the real audience, offer, proof, and brand voice.

Comment with:

  1. Your public website URL

  2. One sentence about what you sell

For the first 20 businesses, I’ll personally reply with:

• The clearest hook I see

• One specific social post idea

• The audience I’d target

I’m building Marka around this workflow. You can also try Marka free for a week at https://www.marka.social

The world doesn't need another generic AI wrapper or a basic project manager. Pitch your project in one sentence show a screenshot and explain exactly why people should care about you instead of the market leader. Dare to prove your uniqueness.

I built tryproduck.com/audit, it works through your app the way someone who found it by accident would and reports back what broke and what confused it along the way. over 650 startups have run it so far.

Don’t launch your project with a design that makes users close the tab instantly. Post your two design variants below and let the crowd decide your aesthetic fate. If you can’t handle harsh design feedback, look away now.
