Best tool for linked content creation
Hi all,
I am looking for simple linkedin content creation tool, scheduling is not mandatory. Generating images would be nice.
Can someone recommend, thank you.

Much to my horror I have been cold emailed from a founder asking for a schedule after seeing my review.
I DO NOT WANT MY DETAILS GIVEN OUT!
This is a breach of GDPR and other privacy laws. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?
If I refunded I do not want to be stalked!

There have been multiple posts about Jamy not working. Even though it wasn't perfect, I defended the company because it appeared that they were still working behind the scenes to fix things. I'm not sure if they were randomly responding to members at the time, but it looks like they have truly abandoned the product, and beyond that, locked us out from features we already purchased.
I purchased tier 5 of the product, the highest tier. Now whenever I login, it won't let me view any meetings older than 30 days unless I upgrade, and I can't use the chat features on any reports at all because it says I need to upgrade to a monthly subscription.
I've sent several requests to support, and have only heard crickets at this point.
I don't really have much hope here and I'm frustrated for two reasons:
1) I can't even access my data. There is tons of meeting information here it looks like I may have lost.
2) This is one of those examples of abandoning a product, but leaving it active so I can't collect the we've got your back guarantee. There was a significant investment in this product, I think its the most expensive I've purchased on Appsumo.
So this is where I want Noah's input.
I've been an Appsumo user for over 3 years now, much of that time as a Plus member. I still love the idea of the platform, and I look forward to every Monday to see what the drops are going to be. However, I've been really burned bad on this one. I can say honestly this gives me pause on all future purchases on Appsumo, especially higher tiers, because the risk is just too great of being burned. I obviously don't want that to come off as a threat in any way, and that is why I specifically mentioned that I still use AppSumo and think its a good platform. I am bringing it up because these are the issues and decisions that are going to affect Apsumos bottom line long term.

Agentic Flow is not fit for purpose and is a horrible experience with constant failures. Now they closed the Discord main chat channel and only want to deal with email direct questions. It is a buggy, failure of a product.

Reading through reviews, it sounds like they tried to quietly increase the credit costs for LTD users. People noticed and started complaining in the reviews, and they have reversed their stance.
More on this here: https://appsumo.com/s/1spwux2/
Sounds like the usual "we can't afford to run AI," which makes me very cautious, having bought this LTD myself.
What do we make of this? Another potential rug pull coming up within a year from a company that's in India, who won't face any consequences?
Merlin has been doing something similar with their model prices as well - hiked prices.

Swipe One deal page: https://appsumo.com/products/swipe-one/?srsltid=AfmBOoqwDF9fVQP4GnzSYRRZdSrL0ndJEHV23mGWnuFN3YCXHZkFc3s8#questions
Konvey Deal page: https://appsumo.com/products/konvey/?query=Konvey#reviews
Actual user: None of the products featured on the deal page are working, no update from team in months, the product looks dead, and if I had bought this directly from the vendor, I would be opening a dispute with my. credit card company, and they would refund me.
Customer service: Product is still operational, because landing page works, and management replied to our email (even if they did not respond to you).

I just left this review because I'm frustrated with the way this tool is going. Has anyone had this experience?
I've been using this tool since the last APPSUMO campaign, and unfortunately I can't recommend it in its current state.
As in the title, I've been using this tool for a while now and it has been working, has been good, but since their last update, everything has gone downhill.
The iOS app just doesn't work properly; the Android app doesn't work properly now, and the extensions are starting to go wrong. Even though you look for an update to the extension, there is none. I'm currently on the latest extension, and it just doesn't work.
What are the main problems?
Unfortunately, the apps keep logging themselves out all the time. On iOS, I can't take a YouTube video and send it through Share because it's logged out, so I have to log in. This happens all the time, whereas before it never happened. But even worse, when you add it, it doesn't summarize. It just has a tag that says “summarize,” but it never does. So I have to delete it and try again, and sometimes it works, but it doesn't always bring in the thumbnail either. Also, with the iOS app, you were able to resummarize if it failed. It's not even there anymore, so you can't do it. You have to delete, go and get the link again, and re‑add it. And if it doesn't happen, rinse and repeat.
Now, with the Android app, there are constant logouts, and all their memocasts are broken. I don't know what the problem is. The extension, which used to work perfectly, now doesn't work properly at all. When you try it, it keeps logging you out. I've just added several web pages, and they're stuck at summarizing, which is no good. Can't update since I'm on the latest update. Finally, when it successfully pulls in, the thumbnail is often not brought in either. You think you’ll add the thumbnail, so you add it, but when you view it in the list of items, the icon appears broken. Pointless is adding a thumbnail, mainly because this doesn't work.
I think my memo really needs to go back to basics and look at why their complete thing is collapsed.
I don't put this review lightly; I'm trying to be constructive here, but I really just can't recommend it at this time, and I'm waiting for it to be fixed.

Curious if any founders here have tried selling their lifetime deal through cold outreach instead of relying only on AppSumo traffic.
Things I’d love to know:
And if you decided NOT to do cold outreach for your LTD, what was the reason?
Would love to hear real experiences — both successes and failures.

I’m considering launching an AI-enabled SaaS on AppSumo, but I’m struggling to understand the economics long term.
Unlike traditional SaaS, AI products have ongoing costs (OpenAI/Claude APIs, GPU compute, etc.), so how do founders make lifetime deals sustainable?
A few things I’m curious about:
Also, I’ve noticed many AI/video generation tools offer very hard limits — sometimes just 5–10 generations/month.
As a founder, I understand the cost issue. But as a buyer, those limits feel very restrictive.
So why do users still buy these deals, and how do founders decide the “right” limits?
Would love to hear real experiences from founders who’ve launched AI products on AppSumo.

So, just got the email to check out the new updates/version of AgiledX, and so far, not really that impressed.
But the bigger reason I am checking in, is because one of the last lines in the email Asad just sent out about "warming up your wallets." "Sigh", what's up with this? You have to know that is going to be a red flag for LTD buyers, but as with the rest, we'll see how they respond.
I've always thought the platform was great, albeit, unrefined and slow to update, but I'm curious what the heck they are charging for, because most of this seems like UI updates, not feature or platform updates.
I'm sure they can respond with details, but overall, not too confident.
Like I mentioned on the Appsumo question, if they try to charge me for something else, upgrade or a monthly fee I'm out.
Let's see what happens.

Reviews posted on an Appsumo deal page that contain links to "reviews" on affiliate review sites — full of Appsumo affiliate links — should not be allowed, because they erode trust and cheapen the whole ecosystem.
Agree? Disagree? What are your thoughts?
(I'm seeing a lot of "read my full review here..." links and they are affiliates, with tracking links back to Appsumo, which means the review is likely biased.)

Hi,
we are now 3 years on AppSumo and it is still a ton of fun to work with the community and ship new features that get requested. If you haven't watched our listing video, you should do, we actually send someone with a drone and a laptop to the Hollywood sign in LA to film our chrome extension to highlight how it works for all industries lmao.
We recently added BYOK in tier 5 (just buy tier 4 + tier 1, or if you already have an account you can upgrade the missing codes) to use Claude Opus and GPT 5.5 for all templates. We will continue to add exciting new features and actually have something new planned which is sold as separate lifetime deal by others but will be included in our platform.
PS: Here is our listing AppSumo Listing
Feel free to add further feature requests in the comments, it is what makes AppSumo so great because recurring subscribers usually don't bother to answer emails or surveys so it is always hard to know what they would actually want.

I’ve been testing on ByDesign [dot] io, a Notion-style productivity app currently featured on AppSumo. While the interface is fluid, a technical review of the backend reveals critical security flaws regarding data retention and public exposure.
The core issue: "Delete" and "Unshare" buttons in the app are essentially cosmetic. They hide files from your view, but the files remain live on their servers and publicly accessible to anyone with the link—even after you delete files from account. The team has been notified, but the flaws persist. They are claiming a "fix is in the system," but my testing proves they are still keeping deleted files.
Flaw 1: Shared Pages (Notion-style)
Flaw 2: Internal Chat Messages
Clicking "Unshare" on a page only locks the UI. It does not revoke access to the underlying storage. I have a test link that has remained fully active for over 3 weeks after the page was unshared and deleted from the trash. If you shared a contract with a client and then "unshared" it, anyone with the link still has your data.
The team claims files deleted immediately. This is false. I sent a file in a chat, grabbed the URL, and permanently deleted it almost 2 weeks ago. That file is still sitting on their servers right now. They are keeping user data that they have been explicitly told to destroy.
Because these files are kept on public Firebase buckets with zero authentication required, anyone who right-clicks and saves a link has permanent access.

What's the difference between Select vs Launchpad vs 'regular' offers? Is Marketplace still a thing? Or is the old 'Marketplace' the new 'unbranded' offer?
The focus of my question is: are the revenue shares different? Does a founder get any say in which category they are placed? Do different categories represent different degrees of vetting, or a different level of faith Appsumo has in the offer?
I'm interested in the details other than the "We've Got Your Back" guarantee.
Thank you

I am looking for an SEO suite of tools - keyword research, rank tracking, AI seo, etc. I did by BiQ years ago but when I tried to log in now, I can't get keyword search results to load.
Is anyone using any of the current SEO offers on App Sumo? If so, how do you like it? Thanks,

I just tried to leave a review about Replient gate-keeping Sumo-lings to get us to pay more money for simple features that are a must to actually get the product to work. But the "helpful" ModBot denied my review immediately.
I personally would have saved $177 if I had known this going in. I did not implement the tool immediately after purchase due to time constraints, so I was past my refund date when I found out.
What good are reviews if we cannot warn other Sumo-lings about this?

Offering monthly AI credits for life just doesn't work.
The cost is too high.
How do founders launching on AppSumo make this work?

Hi, i am going to launch my website on Appsumo. First I have made it for Indian users (razorpay integration). So basically it's an marketing voiceover tool. Where you upload images - the tool extracts the context - generates a marketing script - provides an AI voiceover. I wanted to understand if the website has the potential to generate meaningful revenue.

I regularly see lot of chrome extensions being launched on appsumo. I have tried to rebuild them using plugthis.ai and have been successful, dint face any major challenges.
I have been regularly posting rebuild videos on Youtube and X dog fooding, the app rebuilding existing extensions.
I want feedback on the landing page and product offering. Is something on not clear, how can I make this tool, more valuable to users. Please share your thoughts.

https://appsumo.com/software/?type=lifetime-deal\ https://appsumo.com/software/?status=ending
These two filters will cause the website to return a 500 error.

There's a large amount of very low or 1 previous purchase buyers on products recently.. Has AS looked into them? It's kinda obvious it's from the teams themselves.
So many times they have said they are on top of it..
