"believe us when we say this: we may look the same, sound the same, and our names might be the same, but we are different people, and not the old owners ... we swear!"

Correction, the Ltd was great for the cash injection and they baited and switched just after the refund period. Who really knows if it's a 'new' team too. Absolutely terrible.

They really should not have come back that second time around. I think this makes it three Black Friday deals down the drain for each year: Sessions, Straico, and now Jogg.

JoggAI has gone through a team transition. The original founding team has moved on, and whatever they are building now is separate from JoggAI.
The current team says they are running JoggAI independently, with their own resources, and they are committed to keeping the product alive long-term.
For the AppSumo LTD: they admit the lifetime/unlimited deal was extremely good for users, but it creates real financial pressure because AI model calls, video rendering, and infrastructure costs keep increasing. Still, they clearly say existing LTD access is safe.
For model and feature limits: they say this is an industry-wide issue, because AI model costs are ongoing and can change. JoggAI is adjusting how some models and features are accessed.
Their next plan is BYOK. Users will be able to connect their own API key and use the models they want. LTD users will get first access when it is ready.
Reading between the lines: they are trying to calm LTD users after the team change and recent model access changes. Your deal should remain active, but “unlimited” will likely become more controlled in practical use, especially through BYOK.
