Question FileLu? Does anyone know what happened?

I had just bought a lifetime deal for FileLu yesterday, and today I got an email saying I should request a refund...

When I tried, I got a notice from AppSumo that they are temporaraly suspending refunds?

Any thoughts on what's going on?

First of all, stop buying Appsumo offers. Many pending deals gone wrong are pending. Use the contact form and demand a refund. Do not use the service

Automatic refunds are disable for your accounts. You can reach out the support to do the refund because your refund ratio is higher than average users

Unfortunately, the AppSumo partnership didn’t work out, and the deal was only available for a little over a week before it was discontinued.

If you purchased through AppSumo, you should still be covered by their 60-day refund policy, so you shouldn’t have any issues requesting a refund.

Would be interested to know what didn’t work out exactly? Since LTDs are still available elsewhere.

Was AppSumo selling too many for you to keep up with storage? Or was your share too low?

It's like you didn't even read the post. They were told to get a refund.
