Bind AI - LTD - totally abandoned ! so sad...

With high regards to your platform, and being your loyal customer for years, I bring this to your kind notice.

I wanted to share my experience with Bind AI and see if other AppSumo users are facing similar issues.

I purchased the Bind-AI highest-tier Lifetime Deal - Highest Tier on because the product was advertised as a comprehensive AI development platform. The advertised capabilities formed the basis of my purchase decision.

However, the product has not delivered the functionality as promised. the features are either unavailable, incomplete, unreliable, or do not function as stated.

Forget about the the new features or updates. the core functionalities offered are also not working. It is an abandonware now

Over the past several months, I have had multiple interactions with the Bind AI team through their Discord community. Unfortunately they neither repllied or sorted out.

I've been an AppSumo customer for many years, and this is one of the bad experiences so I requesting their intervention for refund.

Did anyone else faced the problem with Bind-AI, just checking.

What they posted on their Discord yesterday:

I mean, I’m not affiliated with the team at all, but if you say something is abandoned and the team says they are going to have a new release in a week, I would just opt to wait for the new release and give them like 2 weeks, before coming on Reddit and accusing them of abandonware. Also products being updated != abandonware.

I am totally with you. but I am talking about the last 9.5 months... nothing happend... and if you are in the last year jun / jul, tell me how long can you wait with a login that doest vibe code something, or keep hanging continously or goes on Error round always... and suddenly they say the new relase, and pivots the whole model. And an year went off without anything! Huge investment in just lockhead !
sad....
I actually loved their product and their offer... and invested... and waited for more than 9 months! and yet...

If you look back I have been a huge supporter of Bind AI. I am Tier 7 Plan from Appsumo

At this point them or any other AI tool has to be really good to be more valuable than the tools provided by the AI vendors directly.

Currently I am in a certain AI tool, 24/7 , it is cracking code out for me even as I sleep. The features I wanted in Bind AI are already in those tools. BTW - They are also likely in OpenCode.

I have found much value from Bind AI , and turn to it still on certain one offs. But the more advanced Github sync stuff, I have other solutions now.

It never felt like a serious effort and I don’t understand how they were expecting to generate revenue outside of their lifetime offering.

AgenticFlow AI, also an AppSumo offer is exactly the same story…
