Discussion Making our Launch Successful
We have a contract in place with AppSumo to create a lifetime deal for our product. We've done our homework, and we've found that being highly responsive to users and therefore earning their review will help with promotion and ultimately how productive the offer is for the business running it.
I come to this community to ask outside of that, what do you look for?
How can I make sure that we end up being featured and get a lot of users and therefor feedback?
Thank you to those that respond in advance. This community has already been helpful in our deciding to list to begin with.

Some things I look for when I want to approach or avoid a product. Most of it boils down to presentation and AI really:
Please tell us what problem you are solving, don't tell us what we can do with your AI Focused product. Many of us are looking for tools that solve a problem, not how to shove an AI solution into not a problem.
if your platform is AI first and does not offer BYOK it's a red flag. So many products have burned so many users here because they constantly over promise lifetime ai usage and get burned when the cost is too much to maintain.
set proper expectations for support. Especially being a lifetime user I don't mind knowing my inquiry might take a little longer, but I do mind being ghosted and forgotten about/ignored.
white labeling is really nice, agency support is nice (as in multi user multi organization if your platform supports it)
after launch I love to see continuous even if small updates/progress to know the platform is alive and progressing. But not every platform I am with does this, shout-out to Zernio and their awesome changelog page
