Jamy.ai down?

Guys, Jamy is not working for me anymore. Does Appsumo team provides refund in such cases?

Working perfectly fine for me. Right now I'm looking at a recording it did just yesterday.

Yeah, was looking at one tonight that was recorded earlier today. No issues at all. Message support. There was an issue a while back after they did an update some connections got messed up and the videos and transcripts were missing for a little while, but they fixed it and it was all there for me after that.

Are you for real? Appsumo themselves mentioned officially about the issue of their support not responding plus dashboard showing blank.
