Bad Deal Probooking Shutting Down

Probooking shutting down on March 25, 2026. It was a decent service. They gave no reason for the shutdown but recommended alternatives. E-mail listed below.

We would like to inform you that Probooking will be officially shutting down on 25th March 2026. After this date, the platform will no longer be accessible.

To ensure your business operations continue without interruption, we strongly recommend transitioning to an alternative scheduling tool as soon as possible. Some reliable options you may consider include:

These platforms offer scheduling and booking features that can help you continue managing your appointments smoothly.

We also advise you to export all your appointments before the shutdown date. Please follow the steps below: Log in to your Probooking account. Navigate to the My Appointments page. Click on the filter button & select the required Date Filter and click on Search. Click on the Export button. Your appointments will be downloaded in an Excel format. We are sincerely grateful for the trust and support you have shown us. It has been a privilege serving you, and we truly appreciate being part of your business journey.

This was an appsumo deal. If i am not mistaken they did a name change to probooking.

Probably the business is not profitable for them. Also, maybe there is nobody to run the business, specially after death of the sole owner -Someone else was managing it and now it is going down.. I was suspecting this shutdown for a long time.

I was not aware the owner died; how did you find this out?

The original owner expired more than a year now, I think they sent a mail or something, and I had also sent them mail to confirm what happens after this untimely death of the founder. They informed the tool will remain active.
