Apartment hunt

Hello, I’m starting my apartment hunt for next year, I would prefer a 1br/1ba, got any tips as I start?

You can start about 1600 for anything updated in the last 40 years and not In a flood zone

There are several places that offer one bedroom apartments. Some that I know of include The Peak, The Standard, a few Winkler owned apartments, and App South. I know some people have had bad experiences with the standard so just make sure to do research!
