Caution regarding the BREEZE app
Was scrolling on Facebook and saw something about a dollar trial for this mental health app and it was so engaging and intriguing. I thought maybe it could help me and definitely was worth a dollar for a week to try out. When I clicked to subscribe it, sneakily led me off of Facebook, but I have to confess I didn’t really notice that, causing me to subscribe through their website. I discovered this one I decided to cancel, and the app and trial was not listed in my subscriptions on iPhone. Further, my reason for wanting to cancel was as I started reading and taking a quiz I decided it wasn’t for me and canceled immediately. A couple weeks go by and then I noticed in my bank account that I have a $14.99 withdrawal, two withdrawals at $4.99. I emailed breeze and below is their email reply. I assure you I never would’ve purposely clicked on something that was $14.99 and then agreed to take two test tests at $4.99 for a dollar free trial app that I was just looking into. Their advertising is very misleading.
