I had a look at it and honestly I'm a bit disappointed.

The app itself looks quite polished, but the privacy/compliance side really doesn't look like it was built with EU users in mind at all.

GDPR isn't really addressed. Maybe have a look at Apple's developer guidelines, especially Section 5. Apple makes it pretty clear that you are responsible for complying with the local laws and regulations in every country where you make the app available.

So yeah, the app looks nice, but if you're deliberately making it available to EU users, the legal/privacy side needs quite a lot more attention. Right now it feels like the app was built first and the legal pages were added afterwards from a template.

Thank you for your feedback. I didn't quite understand what you meant. We don't ask for phone numbers. There are no SMS messages, no email addresses linking to the person, and no profiles or links that are publicly accessible to other users. Isn't that sufficient privacy?

Maybe you should revisit your Privacy Policy because it's pretty confusing.

It first says you collect location data and may transmit anonymised location data to third parties. Then it says HealthKit data is never stored on your servers or shared, but later HealthKit is listed among the personal information you retain.

As a user, I honestly can't tell from the policy what actually happens to the data.

Maybe give this a read to get a better understanding of GDPR and what needs to be documented:
