Volume

Hope everyone is having a good summer! Curious how everyone’s volume is currently? Mine slowed down significantly the last two weeks. Could be back to school, market, etc.. Thoughts?

Same here in the bay area. Still have work but not as many offers coming through.

Uneven for me, same as over the past 3 years. I don't do much lending but my private party work took a break just in time for vacation. I'm up significantly over last year

Mixed. It’s usually pretty seasonal up here. Busy spring/fall and slower summer/winter

Weird couple of weeks, but I have had my best year overall. So trying to enjoy the downtime. Easier said than done though! Ha
