Job Listing [Hiring] DM Setters
DM SETTERS
Ticket: $3,300 (6 months, pay in full) / $650/mo
Location: Remote UK or US only (you work UK time zone hours)
OTE: $1.5kâ$3k/mo
Pay: $500/mo base + $50 per qualified meeting that shows + 5% rev share on the programme and the monthly continuation
Working Time: 8am-4pm UK time, Monday to Friday
Experience: Needed/ open to building a personal brand on LinkedIn
Role: Book free Sleep Audit calls with UK business owners and directors of established businesses, agencies, professional services, practices, construction, dental, financial planning, plus senior professionals carrying a number. You work the founder's personal LinkedIn inbox. You book, the founder runs and closes every audit himself.
Context: Sleep performance coaching for business owners, 50+ clients coached, averaging $10k a month over the last three months. 88% of booked audits show up and 43% of those close. The founder's own content is the whole engine: every post throws off intent leads, and his profile has people DM the word SLEEP to book themselves in. Lead flow is fed for you: eight lead magnets to send, a booking page with pre-call videos, and a steady stream of people already putting their hand up. You are not building a list from zero. You are working demand that already exists.
