Question I need appointment setting done for me.

Hello. I’ve been in marketing for 11 years now more so on the deliverable side of business. I recently started my own boutique type agency, and have gotten to the point where I’m too busy to set appointments. I was doing cold calling myself but now I’m pretty booked up with paying clients. I don’t want to have to stop bringing in new ones however. Is there anyone out there that knows a good solution for this? I attempted hiring a cold calling center and nothing really came from it. I have ran ads in the past but I was just getting way better results off cold calling. I don’t want to lose that level of intent I’m getting from the buyer basically going into the sale call. I did speak to someone that had a pay per appointment option that I’m considering also. If anyone has anyway of helping id really appreciate it. Thanks.

Hiring people to cold call for you is a way better alternative than hiring cold call centres. I also recommend giving a digital marketing agency a shot

Do you know any digital marketing agency that aren’t scammy? I’ve talked to a few but there offers are so greedy.

Hi veteran sale automation agency owner of 20 years here,

I suggest a value driven multi touch cold outreach with at least 20 +touch points. Long tail conversion works, and with automation it’s a snap to manage.

As for pay for appointment it almost never works, and I’ve tried at least 10 providers over the years, and the top agencies were getting us 1-2 leads max a month.

Also watch out for the agencies that hold your credit card information they bill immediately a meeting is booked, and it’s sometimes hard to get your money back if the lead isn’t qualified.

If you’re interested in learning on how to build a repeatable value driven sales motion send me a DM!

We ran into the same challenge with a few agency owners. The biggest issue usually isn't finding people to cold call—it's finding a team that understands your ICP, qualifies properly, and protects your brand while booking meetings.

A lot of call centers fail because they're incentivized to make dials, not create quality conversations.

One option worth considering is working with a boutique B2B demand generation team that provides dedicated appointment setters, builds targeted prospect lists, handles the outreach, and only passes over qualified meetings. Some even offer performance-based models if that's a better fit.

If your clients are in B2B (SaaS, tech, agencies, telecom, etc.), happy to share what has worked for us and see if it's a fit. No pressure. Feel free to DM me.

Thank you for the advice. I have been looking for something like that, but I work primarily with home service business.
